Please please help me!!!

I am having trouble taking input from text boxes and having the user press the button to have the track bar move the distance that was entered in the textboxes. I have no clue on how to do this. Could someone please help me with this asap.

    I am assuming it has to be by ref and not value. Am I correct on that?

      Okay, I have the track bar moving after getting user input and pressing the button but it only moves on line no matter what the number is that is inputted.
